  Chris Barritt provided a great service re-wiring our house. He also came back at short notice on a Sunday night when something weird happened with one of the sockets to fix the problem. We are very happy with the electrics, but the plastering work was not so good. Some missing holes and quite a bit of it flaked off when painted, which was a real pain. However, can't fault his customer service or electrics - just be prepared to get your own plasterer in if you're having a re-wiring done. Very reasonable prices too.
